4.2 Liability Cap

Our aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or €500, whichever is less.

4.3 Time Limitation for Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising from our services must be filed within one year after the claim arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

4.4 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
