5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to data and materials you provide. By engaging our services, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the requested statistical services.
5.2 Analytical Outputs
Upon full payment, you receive rights to use analytical outputs, reports, and deliverables for your stated purposes. However, we retain:
- Rights to our proprietary methodologies and analytical frameworks
- General knowledge and expertise developed through the project
- Rights to use anonymized, aggregated insights for service improvement
5.3 Website Content
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects. We will not disclose your data, research questions, or findings without your written consent, except:

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement:

- If continuation becomes impractical or impossible
Upon termination, payment will be due for work completed to date. We will return your data and materials while retaining copies as required for our records and legal obligations.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus. Both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in these courts.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disagreements or disputes:

- Formal mediation may be pursued before litigation
- Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may be agreed upon
